Akshay started ProjectKaro in Hyderabad in 2024 with tech knowledge and no playbook for running a business, so he made the process the playbook: documented scopes, milestone updates, and delivery checklists that hold up whether he is in the room or not. He is currently preparing for a Master's in Cyber Security, which is exactly why the studio runs on systems. A company that only works while its founder watches is not a company. It is a job.
